have a friend who has a 66 fury and is going to manual breaks from power,
he has got rid of the booster and bought a manual break m/c,
would he have to change out the prop valve as well ? or no,
he said that he gets good fluid flow through the lines but one under a breaking load the breakslock uo or not enough to stop? any help?
checked the tech archives and did not see any help with this one,,

I think you will need the push rod for the manual master. Why would he even go this route? No vacuum? Might want to check with the guys on c-body dry dock. They are all about this type of car.

That`s pretty involved on those cars. You will need the non power brake pedal and the bracket and braces that hold it under the dash. It`s totally different than the power setup. You will also need the manual brake firewall plate and the correct pushrod, spring and retainer for the master.
