The '61 Plymouth wagon belonged to my mom's mom and her husband (I knew him as my grandfather, but we weren't blood relatives), the '56 Plymouth was my parent's car (with my brother walking behind it), and the '56 New Yorker was my dad's mom's car (with my mom, me, and my brother). The cabin in the pic with the '61 burned to the ground this week at Lake Madrone in northern California.

Yeah, the cabin hasn't been in the family since 1972, but still a shame. Nearly that whole side of the little lake was burned. We've got so much smoke and ash in the air here today...
