how many horns, 1 or 2? I have searched several articles and get more confused the more I read!!! Road Runner had 1. Satellite had 2.

70 Road Runner has only one horn....beep beep style
Pretty sure all other 70 B bodies have dual horns (hi & lo note). I know for sure GTX & Charger have dual horns. It's possible some base trim models may have used a single horn. Someone here will be able to confirm.

J31 is the option code for dual horns so, yes they were an option. Seems most cars got dual horns but not all. I've had several base line cars with one horn. Dual horns were also included with other option packages.
