62 dodge station wagon.
think thats a 60 ?
I owned and raced a 1960 two door Dodge Phoenix for one year. I bought it without a motor and trans and put a 392 hemi out of a 1957New Yorker to drive after wrecking the New Yorker while I was in the U.S. Army in 1967, we, my wife and I drove it until I got out of the Army in 1968 when we bought a 1957 300 C for our family car.
I ended up trading my labor to a guy who had a 1959 Plymouth Savoy he had with a stroker 383 motor in it, I never verified how long the stroke was so I don't know how big that motor was. He had told me it was 454 C.I. I raced it one time at the Thermal airport in either 1969 or 1970, CRS
I had put a set of cheap beat up Tri Y headers out of the Plymouth and a set of mismatch dual AFB on a stock Mopar cast iron two four barrel single plane intake, the car weighed 4060 Lbs. with out me in it and it ran 12.90 at 107 MPH, I think, on 7 inch wide x14 inch J.C. Penny slicks, it would sashay (wiggle) a bunch on the other end when I let off with those tiny slicks
It rolled a rod bearing over the next week while idling in my drive way
I ended up never putting it back together, but it had impress me enough to start liking Mopar wedge motors
Days gone by
