Toss in the missiles & I'll bid! With missiles, there is mandatory 100 year waiting period.

look at the water damage, no way to rehab that into anything useful. Decontamination better be part of the deal or no sale. I would bet the water took care of the radionuclides. The solution to pollution is dilution... Sprint missiles were an early attempt at an ABM system. They were not nukes so shouldn't be any of that kind of stuff laying around. And they were solid-fuel so shouldn't be any of that nasty mono-methyl-hyrazine or nitrogen-tetroxide in the ground either that the Titan system had to deal with. Just the usual diesel/gasoline stuff to worry about and any solvents and oils that they dumped. Sprint was only operational for about 2 years, so they didn't have as much time to trash the place as some of the others. By the way, that was a super cool missile for its time. Designed as a last-chance defense to intercept soviet reentry vehicles during their final ballistic stage before impact. It was WICKED fast--accelerating from ZERO TO MACH 10 in less than 5 SECONDS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsnkmpJhzlo

from your link The missile was armed with a 1 kT W-66 enhanced radiation thermonuclear warhead, Hm. My bad. I must have been thinking of one of the other short-lived ABMs of that era. I know there was one system that was basically a "rock" that just used kinetic energy to kill the incoming RV. That was some cutting edge stuff for the day. But obscenely expansive and not very effective...

I'm too tired to do the math, but that is WAG 50+ G's for 5 seconds? Wow
