I even have the orig. Service manual and it doesnt list it on a diagram. I'll check out the downloads and see if it shows on there or in color. I can post some pics of it and diagram for 71, which is in fact the same but the only difference it also feeds the seatbelt light, but you can despite that section.

you can look what consist the system on these sale ads: Ad from FBBOAd from eBayand this is the diagram for 71s, which gets more parts involved but you can isolate the info for the ign key light section, specifically related to the time delay flasher. Flasher is still available on Mopar dealers since was extendely used up to XJ jeeps ( maybe even some others ) on $17-22 rate, but it can be found as a replacement on $5-10 in an aftermarket replacement brand which I can't recall right now
