1969 RR trying to get everything working as intended. Never knew there was a bomb above my key. However when I pull the switch panel out it is just not connected. Easy fix. However I cannot find where it should connect to. Where does this light hook into or need to run to to function as intended.

"Bomb"? shruggy. Anyway, go to www.mymopar.com and download free manuals, electrical schematics, there's a wealth of info on this site for free.

I even have the orig. Service manual and it doesnt list it on a diagram. I'll check out the downloads and see if it shows on there or in color.

Diagrams there are usually lack of info, just showing the basics. They come out worst on diagrams for 72 and laters

I can post some pics of it and diagram for 71, which is in fact the same but the only difference it also feeds the seatbelt light, but you can despite that section.

you can look what consist the system on these sale ads:

Ad from FBBO

Ad from eBay

and this is the diagram for 71s, which gets more parts involved but you can isolate the info for the ign key light section, specifically related to the time delay flasher.

Flasher is still available on Mopar dealers since was extendely used up to XJ jeeps ( maybe even some others ) on $17-22 rate, but it can be found as a replacement on $5-10 in an aftermarket replacement brand which I can't recall right now

CROWN is the brand!

https://www.jegs.com/i/Crown-Automotive/077/2889565/10002/-1

MP PN is 2889565 ( so Jegs used it to identify it, but Crown gets its own PN too ). I have foudn these in $6 sometime in the recent past LOL

[Linked Image]

Some crazy ppl try to sell these into $30 rate

Here with Airtex PN

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ignition-Time-Delay-Relay-Airtex-1R1158-/163600052389

( Neons used it too )

and Rockauto

https://www.rockauto.com/en/partsearch/?partnum=2889565

just giving advanced info that I know you didn't asked..... yet LOL

( not uncommon to see the relay/flasher got damaged and ppl decide to remove/disconect bulb or assembly instead get replaced the relay/flasher )
