Also, the side seals? Straight up silicone sealant, blue plastic strips or wax cardboard???
Silicone sealant with damp pipe cleaners.

Silicone sealant with damp pipe cleaners.
This is the best method for the BB side seals. The RTV requires moisture to properly cure.
