Space Saver spares.
Where they only 15"? If so if you car was a 14" car did you get a 15" spare?
Were they in all E body verts? Or was it an option in the vert?
What other models were they in?

I believe convertibles always got space savers because the convertible top well took up already limited trunk space.
Otherwise just 15” wheel cars got them, 14” wheel hard tops got a full size spare.

all the e-body space saver spares were BFG 7.75-14 very early & F78-14 for the remainder of 1970 & all of 1971

they were STANDARD in a convertible, a MANDATORY OPTION with 15" wheels and OPTIONAL on the rest
