That car is the new twin turbo 4.0L, car that got busted was the older NA 6.2L - but similar power numbers, 470 range.

470 (w?)hp won't get you to 191mph, level ground, with no tail wind, in a typical modern sedan, IMO

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

That was my thinking too. However from the rear it looks like it could be a 2015 507 edition, which was the final year (of that generation) 507hp special edition with a governed 174mph top speed

E55 was limited to 155 mph for all nations. The limiter can be reset to a higher 186 mph limit or removed completely. Some SL55s have been bumping 200 mph that way.

My little C55 (non-blower engine) tops at 172 mph because of the lower gears.

Car is a C63, totally different animal but still not sure it packs enough punch for 191mph (speed limited to 155 only in Germany, all of them, or at least it use to be like that)

Delimited these cars will run 180+ mph. Common mods include a tune that opens the throttle to 98% instead of the factory limited 75%. That puts them north of 500 hp and they'll crowd 200 mph without an issue.
