I need to replace a portion of a rear seat under pan, and don't want to spend $300-$450 for an entire section.

Who sells a portion of an under rear seat pan?

No one sells just that section. You'll probably have to buy the whole pan and cut out the sections you need.

That's what I was hoping not to find out, I've seen the AMD price. The damaged section is the size of a griddle.

The entire section provides quite a bit of structural integrity and I don't need or want to replace the entire thing. Plus I'd cut it to fit around the mini tubs.

Other option is to place a want ad here and see if someone has a section they could cut out. Or, since the area is pretty small, fins a metal worker in your area and fabricate it. With a bead roller you can duplicate the ribs. I've used ball peen hammer and made small repair sections to ribs.

Thanks @RoadRunner, I might just order a bead roller and fab it.

I'm not afraid of a little work.
