Is the fender tag still there? Unfortunately a fender tag on a '67 doesn't guarantee that the car is genuine. As there is no VIN on a '67 fender tag, it could have come from another car. The shipping order number on the fender tag should match the number stamped on the radiator support.

But I recall an incident years ago (probably 20 or more) where there was a fake Hemi GTX that had both body stampings installed. As I recall, what was somewhat humorous about that was that the counterfeiters worried about those details but forgot the sill chrome that a GTX has.

Well, I'll admit . I dont know the earlier cars like I do with 68-70 But on them the only way disc brakes were standard on manual trans cars ( hemi or not ) was if the 4.10 dana axle was selected ,,,,aka Super Track Pak pkg
A buddy of mine parted out a burnt 1966 Coronet 500 , Hemi 4 spd and the best I remember it had drum brakes . But the car had a 3.54 dana in it. If it means anything, my 66 Belvedere II has 4speed Dana (3.54) Hemi and drums
