They didn't do a full run of E-bodies. I hadn't heard that about the B-bodies.

'74 e-body production ended in April 1974

'74 b-body production was "normal" (ended in July '74?)

here's the highest VIN'd 1974 Charger I know of - it was "SCHEDULED" in August of '74 (although it was built during July about a week earlier)

What?
WP29 without opera windows? As far I know that was a 73 option only

Seems to be from memory the 1974 came only with two opera windows and no roll down type rear window. I had a 74 with the single opera window. My friend had a 74 with the SE three slat opera window.

Wish I had a better picture but this was taken in 1975 with a Pentax 110 instamatic. I do not have the VIN or fender tag. Sold in 1980.

The opera window without louvers is an option on "hardtops" ( WH23 ) coded M07 on fender tag. Very tipical but not included on the Spring Special package. Is a 74 option only.

But SEs without opera windows ( roll down windows instead ) was just a 73 deal... at least per catalog.

Out of all my Mopars daily drivers I think it is my favorite one. I only sold it because I was getting stationed to Germany for 3+ years and could not keep it in storage. We took my moms Mazda GLC over because of gas mileage and low cost insurance.
