technically, it is the 65th assigned VIN for 1970 from the Los Angeles assembly plant
it would've been scheduled for the first day of production, but it's actual build order would be difficult/impossible to determine without a lot more info, is there a fender tag pic you can share? I can look and see if it's still there. Thanks

I owned BH23C0E100327 for 12 years. Same 1st day 1970 LA plant, just later in the day. Mine was originally. Slant six of course. 0E100065 was SCHEDULED "818" Monday 8/18/69 the first day of "normal" scheduled production at LA 0E100327 was SCHEDULED "820" Wednesday 8/20/69

wheel opening mouldings were STANDARD on Challenger * they were DELETED on 340 (A66), 340+6 (A53) & late in the '70 model year HEMI cars high-impact paint - that $14 just exceeded the budget! *-* painted wheels & hub caps?
