My first car ('65 Valiant) had a '68 cuda 340/727 in it I helped my Dad install, complete with manifolds, exhaust system, and tips. He had to notch the rear valance for the tips. P/S makes it harder so I understand. You can also use Dakota manifolds and I also read where one guy used the manifolds from a mid-90s van, IIRC (probably the same as a Dakota). Tunnel lip is hit or miss (no pun intended

). Both my '65s didn't require it but probably easier to do while engine is out of the car, just to be safe.
You will need to modify the PS 273 mount for the 340. Link at FABO about it-
