I was going to suggest messaging Tom Goldman on Classracer but I see he's already jumped in the thread there. That will be the best place to check. Lots of old east coast S/SS guys on there.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

this place is [about] the only place i visit on the interwebs. i don't do fakepage either, so i thought you guys might enjoy this. i agree, this thing needs back out there getting the beating it deserves. looks like a real FUN machine. as i don't visit other sites, does anyone know if this is a recent find, or is this kinda old news ? is it getting "restored" enough to bring out "as is " ?

The first few pics had me worried, glad there is a happy ending. ught to catch more than a few people off guard when the hood is popped open. Needs a straight axle, nose in the air stance too.

I recall the HAMB having pictures of the same 57, same engine, maybe six or seven years ago. That's pretty much the last time I was over there.
July 19th should be "Drive Like Rockford Day". R.I.P. Jimmie.

Says in the classracer thread that it was restored in the early 2000s back to factory original condition. Sad. Was much cooler in as-raced condition.
