GAS only. I will even add the fee if its something I need. If the seller insists on Friends and family I will move on. same here. if they won't take goods and services i won't buy the part. i do believe paypal takes 3.5% not 3%. here ya go...https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees Selling is 2.9% + $0.30 per sale.
That's a small price to pay for accepting major forms of payment from any of the 267 million active customers worldwide. There are no hidden PayPal fees. You don't have to pay anything until you get paid for selling something. Our rates are some of the most competitive in the industry – keeping you in business and your customers happy.

I've more than once .. had people claim they never got something want money returned or another sticker or t-shirt when I know they got them .. so, I want the transaction final when it leaves my hands .. plus, I price my stuff cheap enough , not going to lose another 3% ..
Had one clown, insist I send them 3 times, each time he said he never got them .. paypal still took my money back .. I've had good luck with most people , few rotten apples
The lips of fools bring them strife, and their mouths invite a beating.Proverbs 18:6

I'm OK either way, or at least I have been. Lately I've had people send money FF and put stupid comments in about stuff they bought like it's suppose to protect them. What part of "No Comment" is not understandable. ESPECIALLY if it's an item that is verboten for PP.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.
