Seems kind of pricey, but if he tooled up to make a part that he won't sell much of....I understand the price. I'm fixing up a 70 Duster, and if mine doesn't work or is MIA, I will just bend up a bracket and mount some sort of LED light to it that is bright enough to illuminate the tag. My car is just going to be a hot rod, so originality doesn't matter.

A local A body guy had one in his parts stash that was missing the lens. He donated it to the project. The original bracket has the neat little wire holder in the center that the reproductions are missing.
