hi , I know it's not a mopar , but the real hero in Bullitt was the 68 charger . the 2nd hero was the bullitt mustang . when is that thing going across the block ? what's your guess it's going to sell for ?  Agreed ... I myself don’t understand the HUGE interest in the Mustang. Some ? Yes ... but THE STAR of the auction??  HUGE interest? Most likely because Steve McQueen's butt was in that drivers seat for a moment in history, and the fact that the car is a celluloid hero.....

Bullitt Mustang......I'm thinking 7 Million For some reason I doubt it will go that high. BUT I could be wrong I guess The #43 Petty Bird didnt break the 4mil mark. And to me that would be a pretty good comparison

Of course it didn't start wright up but once that 390 it sounded healthy.Man they had a crowd of people all over it,it was hard making people move!
