Okay, 1970 horn button adapter (dodge coronet ) is a one year only part ? What is the difference between a 69 horn button adapter and a 70 ? I have one from a 69 and it looks almost identical to the pictures I've seen of the 70. Someone suggested that three drilled holes are the difference ?

The outer diameter is larger on a 70 adapter. Ignition moved to column in 70. Column diameter increased. 69 Steering wheel will not fit properly either.
