I am planning on doing the same thing. There are some things that need to be done inside for sure. Like filling the low areas to help prevent fuel puddles . I put a nitrous pop off valves on mine as they have been known to backfire and crack the lids.

Which dual four barrel top, in line or sideways to mimic the SS cross ram intakes like in the picture on this post? That makes a bunch of differences on which mods you need to make for your intake Eddy made several different versions of manifolds like that for other Mopar V8, they where called the Street Tunnel ram as well as some other names I can't think of right now
