Anyone that knows these wheels be able to tell if this is a 14 or a 15? Only have this photo to go on and they are not mine.

That’s tough to say with any certainty. Kind of looks like a 15 to me. The rim size is stamped on the inside of rim (hidden when the tire is mounted). Perhaps you can ask the seller to tell you what’s there?

Does the seller perhaps have a tape measure ?
Or can he read numbers and tell you what's stamped on the wheel ?

It'd be a good idea to have him measure the bolt circle too.

Although I think it was Oldsmobile maybe that had a trim ring like that for 14" wheels . So I guess MAYBE its a 14" with a widened band ,,,maybe
