What are people doing with the heater hose holes in their car front timing covers IF you are not running heater hoses? I have a new car cover for a 2016 5.7 Hemi and the holes are not threaded. I eventually plan to add Vintage Air to the car, so maybe I should tap the holes and put pipe plugs in for now? Any simpler better ideas? Thanks!

Pipe plugs would work fine, but I would put freeze plugs in with a little Permatex sealer. Much cleaner for the discretionary eye and you can always get them out later for stock water pipes if you decide you want a heater.

Dorman 555-011 freeze plug works great.

I like Hollywoods freeze plug too. I was convinced I was going with a threaded plug, now I might get little freeze plugs. Either way though, thanks everyone for the ideas.
