AMC perhaps ? the only thing i recall about my given answer was, as i recall, weren't those usually painted orange ? i do recall them having "four bumps" for the small hubcap. can someone refresh my memory ?

Tire and wheel not E Body. Why not the tire? Herringbone thred. Markings look ok, best I can see

Correct tread but if you look close tire appears to be an E-78-14, replaces 7:35-14. Must be F-78-14, replaces 7:75-14 with the V-1 to be E-body correct. Rim definately not E-body space saver correct.
