On the one I had I noticed it first on the web at the cap, parallel with the stud. It came out of the tapped hole, to the side. Showed cap walk also.

Have anyone ever have one show crack right below were the piston skirt exit below the bore? It's very small but there is a crack.

If your talking were the tail of the skirts are, that area can get severely beat up when a rod is kicked but I have knocked any rough edges off and reused the block . So a small crack in that area wouldn't be a big deal to me, if its small enough you probably could remove it.

I'm sure it will continue to crack all the way into the main webbing unless stopped work shruggy
I kept the 426 M.W. block for my original M.W. car but never did anything to fix it, I threw the other cracked RB blocks away and bought a better one up twocents
I really wish we could buy a new good race block, maybe some day luck

You said where the skirt comes out of the block that area is perpendicular to the web. Is the crack on the web side of the bore, or the skirt?
