Thinking about flying east to an event next year. Any input as to which event is better? Car shows with them? Thanks

Musclepalooza? They usually have a pretty good contingent of F.A.S.T type cars. If the weather is good there's usually a big turnout for the general show and drag racing. Held two times a year on Labor and Memorial Day weekends. Lebanon valley Dragway in upstate NY about 3 hours north of NYC.

Weather can always be an issue but it's usually OK during those times of the year and generally 5-10 degrees cooler than the city.

Palooza is a good time. There should be about 20 or so of us racing there in FAST this weekend, plus some FS cars. Don should be there with the blue Chevelle that puts the front wheels up in the air. I'd look at the NMCA event in Norwalk too if you're coming from AZ. You'll see some of the 9 second guys from the Mid-West there. All the FAST events are cool and the drivers are just regular guys that will talk to anyone. Hope to see you at one next year. - Mark

If I was going to get on a airplane to look at a musclecar drag racing event I would go to the Pure Stock Drags in Stanton MI. 130 plus cars so there is surely something you'll like
