Sammy, Not to hard. Take the screws out on the both front and back sides.Loosen up the door lock lever bolt inside the arm rest so it will pull off. If you have a remote mirror take the bezel off. take the inside door release handle by pulling on it and take the bolt out.Now you can pull out the bottom there are clips holding it on. then lift the panel out and up. Bob As 71Vert340 also mentioned, you will also need to remove the two Phillips screws in the armrest cup. And when pulling the clips loose on the inside bottom of the panel, do it carefully. Otherwise you may break the clips, or rip the the clip mount loose from the back of the panel. I like to lay on the floor so I can see what I'm doing as I carefully pry the clips loose. Also, be gentle when re-installing the panel and popping the clips back in place.
