just bought a new set of comp pro magnum roller rocker arms and shaft package, problem is in order for them to work I either need to take material off the rocker arms or grind into the pedestal on the heads, does anyone run these heads and what rocker arms are you using, these comps are for sale, the rocker arm itself I believe is too wide for these heads

Call Mike at B3 racing engines and let him help you. You don't need to grind on anything. He will get you hooked up.

I am running Pro Magnums on my TF240 heads. They are very close to the pedestals, but they barely fit. Had to grid alot off the holddowns to get there. I don't think taking some off the sides of the rockers would be an issue if needed though.

The only Carbs I care about are under the hood!

I'm using the Crane Gold rockers on my TF240 without an issue.

I apologize to the OP for misunderstanding his post.

Just machine down the rockers and hold downs. I always have to do it. Done it with Indy rockers, HS rockers and some other brand I can't think of.

To get the rocker centered over the valve I've had to machine them. So it's common. Sometimes they are just too wide and other times they are so far off center you have to machine the rocker just to move it over. Same with the hold downs.
