Is the bore on a 70 B body master cylinder 1" or 1" 1/32? i want to rebuild mine. manual drum brakes.

They are 1" bore.
'71-on master cylinders were 1-1/32". Since they all have the same 4 bolt mounting flange and outlet threads, it is not uncommon to see '71 up master cylinders that have been installed on earlier cars, so make sure yours is actually the '67-'70 style.
Original '67-'70 drum brake master cylinders had a bolt on style filler cap.
