I don't have any experience with that exact combination of parts but I do have 40 years of experience with aftermarket parts so I'll say that the odds are very low that it will all magically fit together. Aftermarket parts are not designed to work with other aftermarket parts. TTI designed their headers to work with factory transmission so as soon as you put a Tremec 5speed in there you've messed with the system. You might get lucky but be prepared to cut and weld.

I ran them w/400 E RPMs and 400 w/Indy SRs with TKO & QuickTime Bellhousing, no problem. I think I doubled or tripled the gaskets with the RPMs. Don't think the transmission is an issue, just the bellhousing if any on your car. But it was a good while ago

I run 2" TTI header/3" x-pipe. 68 Charger, 440/TKO 600/Lakewood Scattershield. Bought 2007.
Had to trim the bolt flange on the scattershield slightly at one spot and grind a little off of one flange nut. All else were good.

Awesome!!! Thank you
The guy that told me it would fit almost mirrored your reply

Thanks for the replies everyone

Another question

What does Tremec and TTI specify the end of the output shaft has to be in the exact same location as the factory 833??

Not sure if I understand your question, but I guess they do it to keep correct driveline geometry and keep the exhaust tucked correct up under the car. X-pipe also takes up some space around the drive shaft.
