Good news. Im sue it will come out nice. A dark color is something I would never consider out here. Just becomes an oven, but they sure look good when done

Just becomes an oven, but they sure look good when done They get hot here as well, but this is the original color to the car. That normally wouldn't even be on my radar, but I'm going for the old school "look", and after seeing it in the daylight, I love the color. Ted, I'm trying my best to have Joel spend his second dollar, that is tucked next to his AARP card, and probably growing mold in his wallet. It will not even bother me if he uses another coupon this time.

It's painted, and will pass for a 20 footer. Needs a full week, of wet sanding and buffing, but overall, I'm happy with the results.

It's a ton of work.... I'm glad you painted it to the og colors, I'm a fan of that and think they look killer in drag form that way. I assume you will be putting the factory birds and emblems on? Yes, it is getting the factory emblems, and birds reinstalled. Plan is to get the car all together, and run it, then after some time, wet sand the car, have the lettering, and pin striping applied, like it was in 1979, and reclear the car.
