Hey all:
What is your choice of an SFI rated flexplate?
The "cross" shape like an TCI, or the round style such as the B&M?
Bigger question, any issues with either.
Thanks in advance.

Every plate I have owned except a round B&M have been the MP ones.. the reason I had to use the B&M one was to make my engine balance with it... all the others have MP

The MP stock shaped SFI plates that I had are (were) solid without the cutouts. Had 7/16 holes already too IIRC.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

my mopar sfi one cracked from the converter bolt hole out to the edge, breaking the whole end of the ear off. went to the b&m so more metal beside holes, maybe its better not sure yet B&M had a bad batch of their neutral balanced 6 bolt flex plates that had one of the smaller diameter(11 inch) 7/16 converter holes off far enough that one bolt wouldn't go in with out work I had several racer friends who had that problem That being said I just took in a used one for trading some labor with a friend and customer, I hope it isn't one of the bad ones
