Congratations to you both. Thats totally awesome. Many memories and fun to create and enjoy. My wife cant race because the adrenaline is not good for her heart issues, but she does go with me and support me at the track when i go , which is just as fun. She will surpass that 100 mph mark in no time, unless you want to slow it down. She looks like a natural.

Very nice can't believe you got the car ready so soon. You've been working hard on it. What track were you at?
best so far 8.53 @ 158.59 MPH 60'1.240

The couple who race together and have fun have it MADE Congrats to both of you My wife would drive my old M.W. stocker in the 1/8 mile but absolutely refused to drive it in the 1/4 mile, her reason was it was to fast in the 1/4 mile It ran 7.25 at 95 MPH in the 1/8 and a little above 115.MPH in the 1/4 in the high 11s No matter what I said she would not even think of driving that car in 1/4 This was in the early 1970s when the tracks still had powder puff races, she won several of them but it wasn't enough to get her on fire, maybe that was for the better for me
