You aren't going to get an answer to that since it is a trick question! That is an AR Engineering base (black part) with a MSD bracket installed. Not sure why someone did that but that is what it is. http://arengineering.com/home-page/crank-trigger/ Possible it had the "short" pickup bracket and they needed the longer MSD version and already had it?
