What are you guys using to re-color plastic interior parts like seat backs, headliner trim, etc?

Also, what are you using to color plain cardboard sail panels so they don’t shine?
I have seen guys use spray that leaves a shine when it should be flat.

Depending on size of part & the project itself:
SEM & spray gun for large stuff & often smaller items.
OER's rattle cans from Classic Industries.
Herb's is supposed to be good but haven't tried them.

The guys getting a shiny finish should be using a matte finish or a matte clear over the color.
Vinyl & plastic trim parts weren't glossy when new, semi-gloss or satin at best.

I have a faded console and one sun faded front seat back on a bucket that I just need to treat - so that should be a walk in the park compared to changing from a dark color to white .
