There was a black Warlock 4x4 440 identical to yours for sale for quite a while at a classic car place called TnT Motors in Valparaiso, IN that I looked at a couple of times, he wanted $24K for it but it was a survivor that had nice paint and was all original. He went out of business a few years back and I don't know what happened to it. I owned a dozen Warlocks through the years and am Warlockless now...

I’m not sure if your trucks stripe package is factory, perhaps the stripping is custom?

This style of stripe is not listed in the 78-81 DT Manual.

It appears have some similarities to the “Top Hand” package which may have been a regional or dealer package?

I'm not sure MaxWedge, could've been dealer or regional package, but it's sure looks factory original. The paint is original never been painted. I also remember the vans having similar paint. It is a good conversion piece. I like all the cool options, specially the AM/FM CB radio and factory tach.

My dad purchased this new in 77. The dealer sent it out when they got it to have it customized. This is the paint job that was done. My father met the painter that painted it and said that it was the only one that they did like it.

It is a cool and clean truck. Did you have it repainted, or is it the original paint.

It's all original.
