The ratio change is interesting. I assume these are adjustable roller tip? Roller bearing or bushed?
Price US $ ?

Investment casting would probably be the most economical way to make them I would imagine This. I also spoke to a gentleman from Diversified Creations (the people who bought out Arrington) and they are reworking the rockers that Arrington offered and hope to have them out by the end of the year.

Arrington's Rockers were non adjustable. Not sure on the investment castings versus machining from billet, from a strength perspective.

I believe Norris stainless steel rockers were investment cast. That's also known as "lost wax casting".\ Strength depends on the material. If one is comparing cast iron to forged steel the answer is obvious. However, if one is comparing a forging or billet piece of say 17-4 ph to an investment casting of the same material it would surprise you how close the strengths are. One reason investment casting is mentioned at all is that it provides a near net shape with little machining required. Thus the investment cast rocker might cost quite a bit less. https://www.milwaukeeprec.com/investment-casting-benefits.htmlR.

My gen2 StageV rockers were only $1600...and those are stainless... That’s great, but your blocks are 6K+ and heads 3K+ (Minimum). Lots of guys run the stock Gen III stuff to 7500 rpm
