I need to do some touch-up on the engine in my 67 GTX. It is turquoise but it was painted already when I got the car so I don't know what brand of paint was used on it. I'm not having much luck finding turquoise in a spray can other than the MP paint which I have heard is not that great. Does anyone know of another brand/source to get a good quality turquoise in a spray can?

Take a sample , or a paint code to your local body shop supply distributor .. they can make any color and put it in spray can for you

I use Bill Hirsch paint, and you don't need to spray it as it lays down nice!

I recently got an engine back from the builder and he painted it MP turquoise and it was blue. I repainted with Dupli-Color engine enamel, DE1619 Chrysler Green. Closest I could find to the original color. Came out close but not exactly right. I think to get it perfect you are going to have to mix some paint. The older MP turquoise paint was spot on and good quality but that stuff is long gone.
