There are a couple of drawings with dimensions posted at the Lift Off Hood forum website. Several versions. Then its make your own or have a set made.

I made my own out of some clear 1" o.d. acyril rods. Freaked several people out at the cruise nights. It appeared the hood was floating as they would say.

Where did you find 1 inch clear acrylic rods? That sounds like a great idea!

McMaster Carr. They were pretty cheap. Drilled one end to accept the hood pins on the car and drilled and tapped the other end for another set of hood pins.
