I just brought home a find, a 71 Cuda 340 convertible.
I decoded the fender tag. All is checking out, except for the code in the top right, GTD. It does not come up on any of the lists I can find.
Any ideas what this is?

That's a typo, it should be CTD which means continued on another tag, in other words , it's a two tag car.

Should be a second tag maybe ask the person you bought it from if they have it or ask if the seller knows the owner before him. It should have the serial number and a few codes on it, 26 for the rad and other stuff. Car has some nice options. AC is nice in the summer during the day with the top up. Look around for a broad cast sheet, like behind the rear seat top, under the drivers seat or behind the top part of the drivers seat, tapped to the top of the heater box. They are the common places to start looking for a broad cast sheet.

CTD - means continued on to a second tag. You are missing your second tag that would have listed your stripe option

I bought the car from a long time owner (early 1980's) in failing health. He was doing a few upgrades like Viper brakes but could not work on it any longer. I know where the car was sold new in Virginia, and much other history, and have all of the replaced components.
I need to finish the work and get it back on the road ... after I recover from rotator cuff surgery!

If it is a billboard car (V6X) that would be on the second tag as well.
