For clumsy people like me, I'd add one of those small HF furniture dollies to move the thing around if the need arose...about the last thing I'd need would be the handle coming off the pail when carrying it.

This setup will work too not sure what the average center section storage container , cost but you can save some money for the GOOD parts.
