I sold an NOS "70" Duster fender years ago and it had the depressed indent for the antenna mount.Many years ago at the Mopar Nationals I saw an NOS Duster fender in factory gray primer w/correct part # and it had the the normal body curve for the antenna.The one I sold was also red oxide like the one on the ebay auction.

Yes, I'm sure some were made with the production line hole but it must have been for a short time in limited numbers because they are rare as hens teeth. I've been on the lookout for an example for 20 years and still have yet to see one for sale. The style in red primer with the bumper have been pretty easy to find for many years.
