No need to protest them, when the subsidies are pulled out from under them they will disappear on their own. Electric motors and batteries have been around longer than the ICE and have not worked out for obvious reasons like range and charge time that are nowhere close.

I'm not turning my AD Blocker off to see what's on the link. A bunch of trucks parked in front of Tesla charging stations, simply to block those with electric cars from getting "refueled." (EDIT): google "ice-ing" and it'll come up.

Ok, I googled it and yes, there seems like better ways to entertain yourself.
One comment I came across was somebody complaining about tesla drivers parking in front of fuel pumps at the convenience store while they dash in for their latte.
I wonder if google can find an extension cord for a charging station?

Yep. I never had a good appreciation for electric cars until I saw a specific episode "Iron Resurrection." Mark my word, electric drag cars will be the demise of top fuel funny cars in the near future.... Not a chance. I don't really care about the speed and quickness, but the smell and noise are what turns me on! ![penguin penguin](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/penguin-006.gif)
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

People acting like... ![shruggy shruggy](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/shruggy.gif) people? I didn't get the reference to rolling coal in the article. I understand it is a way of showing off simply by wasting fuel, but the "original" meaning was early diesel semis working hard. Usually to get up a hill.
I have mechanical Aptitude. I can screw up anything.
