Google cylinder head wet flow test and check the videos tab. There are a few but most are pretty short.
I don't think Ryan had a wet flow bench. As I recall he was spraying Dykem or something like that straight into the intake port while running his regular flow bench. Seen others do it too, but it's got to make a huge mess inside the flow bench. Not really...it dries before it gets very far past the valve, if that. The farthest it gets that I've seen in the adapter.
