Omaha orange would be 999. Actually in 1969 it would be 99, the three digit code didn't start until 1970. Omaha Orange is not a Mopar color specifically, other manufacturers used it too. I don't know what the paint code would be for Ditzler or other paint suppliers, maybe someone here knows. ![shruggy shruggy](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/shruggy.gif)

Omaha orange – 60436 (crossed to 60950 in Canada)
EK2 Go Mango/ Vitamin C.....is basically the same formulation for Hemi Orange without the metallic agent/binder,......Omaha Orange, or Competition Orange as it's sometimes referred to is different........the PPG (original supplier to Chrysler) code for Omaha Orange is DRA60436,......you should be able to cross-link that number to another paint brand/manufacturer, depending on your choice of finish
while the Go-Mango/Vitamin Orange is very close in shade to the Omaha Orange, it doesn't quite have the same "flop" agent in the mix that Omaha Orange has, causing an almost orange-orangeyellow transformation in varying light

EV2 (Hemi orange/Tor Red) is WAY different than EK2 GoMango/Vitamin C, and it goes beyond the metallics, EV2 is MUCH redder in color. Sort of like the difference between Street Hemi engine paint and Race Hemi engine paint.

Somebody else must have mis typed it, I just cut an pasted it from info I kept when I was researching "Tiger Orange" that was used on the Bengal Chargers.
