They may have come from the old company California Moparts... California Suspension. I had a few different size sets of TBs from them and, if I remember going back into the mid-1980s, they were all white powder coated... my current 1.24" from them are white powder coated.
This company was ahead of its times and unfortunately couldn't survive back then... out-of-business by about 1990. They actually raced oval track events with Mopars.

I have an A-body with 1.06 Torsion bars and the Hotchkis/Fox Shocks ride really nice (I have the non-adjustable set)
