Hi all, normally I don't post much on this part of the forum, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. Recently my friend asked me to sell a Lenco Shur Shift 4speed trans for him. I don't know of any decent race forums or sites to post to. It was in a show car/trailer queen that was never raced and then service before being shelved for drivetrain swap. It comes with new Hays clutch and flywheel and Probell BB Chrysler/Hemi 6.1 SFI bellhousing. Would our swap meet forum be a good place to list it, or another site that would work? Any help would be appreciated.

Cool transmission! I looks to be an ooooooold school magnesium case CS1 with the reverser. I'd put it on the hotrod sites too as it is vintage and there are lots of newer Lenco's for sale at (IMO) 25 cents on the dollar. The historical provenance of this setup might be worth more to the nostalgic crowd.

What was it in? I feel like we are being cheated here lol.

I'd like to see the flywheel and clutch setup. Does it have a single disc clutch?

Hi All and thanks for responding. I'll see if he has the ratios available. The entire assembly was in an older show car and was never raced and trailered around to shows. Mostly trailered to shows and driven to a few local events. About maybe 8-10 years ago they gave it a service, drove it around the block to make sure everything was ok, then pulled the drivetrain and shelved it (if I remember the story correctly). I have some older pics, try to upload those.

Why do we have to live so far apart,
Lol
I'd be all over that if you were closer.

I'm finally getting some time on Friday to get more pics and ratio. Will post here. Also think I know of a place that does affordable crating and shipping cause I don't think a cardboard box will do it!
