Looking to rebuild the 727 in my New Yorker over the winter, who sells good rebuild kits? I'm just keeping it stock, not building a race car or anything. Also looking for recommendations for a new torque converter, same thing, stock or close to it.

Look up Pat Blais near Seattle, he's also on Ebay as t-flite patty. Super nice guy, good prices, knows them inside-out.

While you're in it if it doesn't already have all the better parts might as well upgrade anything to make it stronger. They are already heavy so why not. Last one we built I put hemi flight parts in it if I ever end up running it.

You will need several tools as well

I have used the kits from Mancini and they are complete with good quality parts. You may also want to get the book they offer as well while you are on the site.

I've dealt with these guys. Pick your friction material and go. Good stuff at a good price.
