I got my part. But the one intact part fell apart when removing. Does anyone have a picture of their's? Not sure which way the nylon goes on the bolt.
Thanks Shawn

It can only go on one way. The end with the large opening gets put on the screw. You must heat the plastic up to get it on. A Hair dryer or hot boiling water will work. Bob
