Seat bottoms are different. Seat bottoms for 2-dr have a cut corner for easier access. 4-dr the corner sticks out more.

2 door and 4 door sedan are the same, 2 door hardtop is different

It seems that the narrow rear doors on a 4 door car would necessitate a tapered bottom cushion for easier rear seat access. I have a pile of A-Body rear seat sets and I don't recall where each set originated.

The H/T has a square corner and the sedan is rounded.
