I thought Facebook was the ticket to posting pictures and videos, I can’t figure this stuff out, I moved it to YouTube and the video quality is terrible

Without seeing the video - wheelies = moving ballast to the nose, good shocks up front to control the suspension, travel limiters, wheelie bars, less SLR. Those are a few things to help calm it down.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

Being that I cant see it I will guess that you need to soften up the rears and tighten up the front(both on extension)
